She didn't tho. She was literally kept in a house alone. Maybe she had books, but what good are those without lived experience? She hasn't even gone to school. She has no life skills because she never had any opportunity to learn anything. In her first life she expected to finally be let go at 18 only to die in a fire. Like a 18 year old from Korea that lived a normal life would have more experience than her because at least they went to high school. Like, that's how isolated the MC is.
I think you want to read a different story, and that's fine. But based on the text, for once it actually makes sense that she behaves like a child despite being reincarnated. And for that reason only this story is refreshing to me.

she's acutely 17 but why does she act like a child you would think that since she went back in time she would try changing its like she dint learn anything from the beginning and just went back in time to life horribly again
I'm really not liking this she should at least have something that she learned in those 17 years that would help her now
