I think the issue is if Doyun was ready or not. I mean he would blame himself as it was his heat, thus as he views his 'responsibility', that would have caused the pregnancy, and if they were ready to be parents. I mean would Doyun have been able to keep working? Would they have to leave their home? Find different jobs? Ect. I think he would be happy with a kid, but he questions Doyun's reaction to it and thus his reaction to him. I mean we see Doyun blame Taehan to vent his frusturations, and he's scared of how that will turn out. And then towards the end he's concern if they could ever have a child as Doyun is 1/2 omega and the complications, like low fertility, are unknown. And how Doyun would react to it. Remeber the mindset of this world omega=mothers, so if he couldn't have children imagine how much he would hate himself.
