Maybe it's because in the first few chapters, Keith accused our mc that he was seducing him because he didn't have his scent blockers, Keith having his quote on quote "No omega rule" but then proceeding the fuck the MC with no consent whatsoever then proceeding to have a problematic one- sided relationship with him for more than half of the first part of the manhwa.
Then he started treating the MC like a hole for said past chapters before he leaves his toxic ass. And when the MC found a respectable gentleman who LIVES by the consent is sexy rule, having a better interaction with Dane than with Keith. WHO SUPPORTS HIS DECISIONS, DOESN'T DEGRADE HIM FOR BEING AN OMEGA.
Basically, a better version of Keith minus the money.
