Hi - I'm looking for a yaoi manga where the seme was a cross-dresser and a player and the uke worked with him. The seme was his boss in the workplace and they didn't get along well because the uke "hated" all things gay/transgender but it was more because he had a trauma from it. This story hasn't updated in a while I think but I can't remember the name. Any help would be appreciated!
