I think what happened is that she lived as cayenne until the poison, which caused her to remember her past life. So she did actually rebirth as cayenne and live as her, but bc of the poison she remembered that she’s from a novel
First she lived as cayena from the original story, lived a second life in korea and now this is basically her third life. The reason she is accepting it so fast is because she WAS cayena once. The manga is fast paced and translations in the beginning are kinda chunky. Recommend the novel
Huh, wait a minute, isn't she isekaid into the novel? Why is she's talking like she was always Cayena and she returned back in time?? It's confusing and inconsistent.
Author should have went with back in time instead isekai settings.
