Brigerton is based on novels so this it the same as Brigerton since the novels have been around for a while

Like, of course the Daphne didn't know her future. But the contract marriage and the refusal to have children. And then after having an argument about having children, they basically ignore each other. And then they realize they love each other too much and then get back together and have a child.
