Looking for an old manga

Read it a long time ago and all I remember is:

I think the girl wakes up after being frozen or something so her doc could figure out a cure but he died and so his son or grandson was finally able to figure it out and meets her after she wakes up and she freaks out cause all that time passed by and she's still young so she goes to her old school to see if it's all real but she runs into her childhood friend (a guy) who is now old & wrinkly and is the janitor for the school and I think he was waiting for her?
