Looking for this Yaoi Manga- Help!

Happy New Year! I'm looking for this yaoi/shounen ai manga about Person A coming back after many years away. Also, A suffers from asthma when he was younger. His partner is his childhood friend aka Person B. Due to some circumstances which I forgot- A and B have not been in contact for many years and B deliberately ignores A when he comes back. The story mostly takes place in a school and there are many incidents where A gets hurt. There is this incident where C (a schoolmate) deliberately hurts A's feet by placing a sharp object in A's shoes, and when A tries to save C, he slips off the rooftop ladder on a rainy day and almost falls to his death.
