idk if its just me but this manhwa isnt really giving me the sibling vibe that others do, so if they fall in love it doesnt feel too weird to me. they arent really related at all and their family is so abnormal that it kinda just feels like a battle royal orphanage where the other kids just happen to be related. shes the outsider. thoooo it could just be me justifying this in my head cuz i like this manhwa better than others with a similar concept...

But the female lead fancies him from the beginning and I don't think that's an attitude of someone who is looking for a brother sister relation.. Also from the perspective of ML.. He is not even having a sweet family upbringing.. Infact morals and stuff have no place in their house.. " brother sister development ain't even possible that way
