I feel the same. Like it would only be okay back in the beginning when he was young. But it is kinda weird that they are trying to make him seem more like a kid I think with keeping the voice. It just doesn't seem appropriate.
ren's cv voices echizen ryoma in prince of tennis so i think she'll do a good job ;)
I've actually heard a few of her works today and I agree I thing Ren's cv will do a good job. Also for those who don't know Haru's cv was Yukina from Sekaiichi Hatsukoi and Genpachi from Hakkenden. He's also done many other works, especially BL drama CD's (always the seme lol) and also Shima's cv played Kobungo in Hakkenden. Just so you guys know. My biggest thing is how good will their English be? Again not logged in but this is Henny btw and those who want to look it up themselves can see my link to more info on the anime below.
Well, I'm thinking that there are going to be 2 seiyuus for Ren. Tomoaki-san is probably voicing Ren when he was still a child in Canada and when he first visits Haru in Japan. I think Ren's seiyuu changes into an actual male when he becomes a teen....I have a feeling that I've heard the Drama-CD and I think this happened...idk, maybe it's just my hopes..?

Why not? As long as it fits Ren's personality, I don't mind with Female Seiyuu.
