Oh I still hate him....probably will always hate him but there’s more to his character than what he shows and he’s a good king in my opinion

I hate this sociopath with a passion and I am enjoying this slow agonizing death of his tremendously. I used to think that at least he was a pretty good king, but then the whole almost war mess with Xing happened, which is a whole rant I'm not doing right now.
And as much as I adore Min Soo, that child really needs to not find a cure, cause Soo Won deserves this.

That is why I also hate him!! It is understandable for a king to want to expand this territory...especially when the Kingdom of Kai is so big but he does that by force..there is no negotiation whatsoever...how is he better than his father...had Yona not stopped the conflict between Xing and Kouka god knows how many innocent lives would be lost...that’s why I don’t think he’s the best king when it comes to that...he might care for his people and he is certainly a better king than King ill but his means of achieving power is wrong and I hate him for that and also what he did to his friends
True. I hate it how he did not want to even talk about negotiation with Xing. I so hated him for that like a good king and leader would not attack a nation, who is ready to surrender if the negotiations went well. Like you preach of not killing innocents or keeping it on the minimum, then almost kills thousands of them. And yeah. He is too aggressive. The other nations will come back to bite his throat the minute there is a chance. And I think that that chance is near. Also, I am pretty sure a war is near, and Yona and the dragons will be dragged into it. (￣∇￣") (︶︿︶)
Seems like we are approaching the end of this manga and I completely agree with you!! I hate that the 4 dragons, Yona and Hak will be dragged into this war...I still don’t know what’s gonna happen to his illness but a war is definitely coming
