I also liked the drama more. For a long time now, this webtoon has been keot alive by the sheer force of its art. The moment the author shipped Suho off to America, I knew she did so to prolong the plot and add more unnecessary drama. When the story got boring, she brough him back and made even more drama. It's basically a fanfic, so I dont think the author expected the story to get as big as it did, and the result is a convoluted plot.
Unpopular opinion : I liked the drama more. Like I reeeeeeeally liked the drama.
It was well structured and not that complicated for nothing. And there were also some side couples that just added flavour to the story and leveled up the whole thing.. The drama was shorter and the girl was still good in the end like I really liked her.. Not a bitchy one who complains about the looks of others and bitch about catfish when honestly speaking she's a reeeeally high level of catfish...
I thought the story would be about not judging others from their looks and accept yourself but she does the opposite..
And let's just talk about her romance life for a bit. At first I was a Suho team then she went out with Seojun and that was cool yknow they were cute and all but now wtf she broke off with him like that and the author surely brought the new character to give a rival to Suho cuz I feeeeel that now that Seojun is gone, there will be something with Suho. BUT WTF she can't. She went out with his friend, that would be just complicated and kinda toxic... I really don't like the webtoon now and don't know why it's still popular.. I just wish the author bring this to an end and start a new webtoon after writing the whole storyline down to not get lost like this a second time...
Do not hesitate to respond to this comment, kinda curious to read what the others think about the webtoon and if other people like me preferred the drama.
Not an English speaker sorry if my English is awkward, too tired to re read myself..
