I knowww but I think it's maybe because the artist didn't know how to draw ppl kissing so to not ruin it he's censoring it?

It’s because it’s Chinese Manhua, most a have a lot of censorship due to the laws in China

No, I think BL is allowed but there are a lot of restrictions put on it (like kisses not being allowed to be seen)
