the last panel shocked me but yet I still believe Eren's alive somehow I don't know why
if the thing/worm didn't come out i would have said yes but the fact that it came out of the wound to try and grab wren's head shows that he was probably in the end, like when gaby shot his head around chapter 120. he didn't have time to move the power away from his neck, so the thing appeared to save him
that's what i'm thinkingg, i guess we have to wait to find out
i have no idea how this is going to end... scary and amazing at the same time

AOT Theory Time:
I still don't think Eren will die even when the head of Eren's Founding titan comes off. Remember how Titan user ability to heal themselves? I still think Eren is hiding somewhere in the bones.
