Ooh yaaaa and I’m thinking what if the FL in the original storyline, the word “saintess” is just a word that the temple used to lie to the people and the FL is not really the saintess. Cause what if she’s just an experiment to the temple to make the people feel like god is lookin down upon them, and “blessing” them.

I'm like 80% the temple is supressing everyone else's light element so the FL from the og book could be seen as an angel or a miracle when she finally makes her entrance! Since she's supposed to have the biggest amount of light in her but since the current FL was also born with great power she became a threat to the "OG" FL's future or something.
