What happened?
Well people loves the saintess and they want the Prince and saintess to get married. But the Prince and saintess does not love each other but people mistakes they are and they don't try to solve the misunderstanding either. So the FL get harass by the people including maids the Prince know this but he won't do anything. Because you know he is that kind of ML which he wants the FL come and asked help from him and he is waiting for that. (Asshole) But at the end the stupid FL do fall in love with him.

I hope the manga author would DRASTICALLY DIVERSE from the original story. Not a fan of the based novel. Sorry(〜￣△￣)〜
