I think you got some thing wrong
The spoiler is a bit confusing so I re read several times, this is my understanding, it could be wrong since the spoiler is MTL
There is 3 children of Dragon God
1. First child (later he would reincarnated as the Pope) who is in love with his sister (Aisha) then killed her when she choose Hades
2. Second child (Aisha) who fall in love with Hades and give birth to Abel then killed Abel to end his suffering
The Dragon God then cursed both his children to kill their loved one over and over again
3. Third child then killed the Dragon God in his human forms.
Later he create a universe (Persona) so his sibling can break the curse
In alternate universe, Janus (Aisha reincarnation) and Hades have a child (Abel), Janus began to remember her past memories and knew she would kill Abel so she brought Abel to another universe (Persona) then she give Abel to Hades and told Hades if there is a woman who said she remember her past memories, he should kill her no matter what.
In the novel 'Persona', Original Aisha dead before she met Hades, and Hades died protecting Abel. So my theory is, the Third child of the Dragon God then transmigrated the Korean Girl (another Aisha reincarnation) into the dead Aisha so she have a chance to change her destiny.
So yeah Abel is the child of Aisha and Hades in alternate universe, that's explain why Abel look so much like Hades.

So what i got from these spoilers is that the pope, aisha, and a third person who is a mystery still, were cursed to kill someone and aisha was cursed to always reincarnate and kill her own son. Abel’s mom died after abel was born (idk if it’s right after the birth or later), she got reincarnated into korea and became a fan of abel so our mc IS actually his mom. The reason she killed her son is bc he was ill and in misery so she wanted to end his pain, and the pope killed his wife (aisha) bc she killed their son so in this lifetime he wanted to stop her powers with those pills so she doesn’t remember and he wanted the loop to be broken. But the loop of this curse reincarnation will be broken and they will have a happy ending.
