I absolutely love it, but then again it is a matter of taste.
Please inform me if you also like it

This one has more of a focus on politics then bloodshed. I'm not familiar with the mangas you mentioned but I looked up requiem of the rose king and though both are historical they don't seem very similar tone wise

Maybe you could read “Vinland Saga” there is bloodshed but still ongoing

If you want something like Requiem, I don't think Cesare is what you're looking for. Cesare as a seinen is slower paced and focused on politics, rather than dark romance. Although both have a dark tone. The closest we get to romance though, is "bromance" between the MC and Cesare. If that's still sounds interesting, give it a shot! I love both Cesare and Requiem.

Not sure what you mean by 'bloodshed like innocence'; the only word I can think of is angsty? (In terms of the dictionary definition, not the negative internet connotations of whining. As in the characters can be anxious about something.) It's hard to find something like Requiem, but you can try looking at the MAL recommendations: https://myanimelist.net/manga/61097/Baraou_no_Souretsu/userrecs.

I've tried to look through my list to find something like Requiem, but they're mostly josei (not in shoujo genre like Requiem), so the tone is less angsty, but still kinda dark:

    CHANG GE XING
When her uncle usurps the throne, Changge flees the Chinese capital and swears vengeance. She dons male attire and takes up a post in a border town as a strategist, and helps the city fight against a mongol siege.

Read the first chapter, it introduces you the basic premise of the story and plot. Genres: fantasy, drama, josei, romance

    NAMELESS LANTERN
Joseon (Korea 1600s) is invaded, when two girls born under an ominous star are born. Muyung is 6 years old when she is sent away from the hermitage to work as a live in servant in the city.

    THE THORN THAT PIERCES ME
It's shoujo and has scary elements + romance? idk, this is the only kinda relevant shoujo I found on my list.
Genres: fantasy, romance, shoujo, isekai, horror

If you like something a little bit more fast paced, you can try Vinland Saga, as recommended by Llyxxely. Though there's not much romance there either, as it's in the shounen category. But there's some angst? At least in the teenage arc.

My sister had no idea what shoujo, shounen and the like are, so I thought I'd make an ending note explaining ^^;. In the Japanese genres, the publishers differentiate between 5 demographics or target groups.

    SHOUNEN
    - usually action adventure
    Target demographic: Teenage boys
Examples: Vinland Saga, Naruto, InuYasha, Akatsuki no Yona, Massacre Happy End, A Mortal's Journey to Immortality (donghua)

    SHOUJO
    - Usually focused around romantic relationships, can be kinda angsty
    Target demographic: Teenage girls
Examples: Requiem for the Rose King, Red River, Kanata Kara, Fruits Basket, Rose of Versailles

    SEINEN
    - Tends to be more career focused, though with action
    - the most varied genre in my experience
    Target demographic: men above 18
Examples: Sasurai Emanon, Asadora, Vagabond, Berserk, Watashi no Shounen, Blue Period, Cesare

    JOSEI
    - tends to focus around a relationship, whether that's family, love, or strangers
    - also career focus, though leans more towards the relationship aspect rather than action scenes
    Target demographic: women above 18
Examples: Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu, Coral - Tenohira no Umi, Chihayafuru, Hapi Mari

    KODOMO
    - Tends to feature designs that can be made into toys, to boost merchandise sales
    - mostly for boys
    Target demographic: children below 7
Examples: Pokemon, Digimon, Beyblades, Yugioh, Gundam, Doraemon

    FAMILY / KAZOKU
    - aimed at families, and children generally. I haven't found the Japanese term for this genre yet.
Examples: The Moomins, Heidi girl of the Alps, Studio Ghibli in general

The stories targeted at an older demographic tends to be slower paced in general, compared to shounen and shoujo. I've mostly read seinen, although I'd like to try out josei more, but I've yet to find something interesting so far.

What a manga gets categorized as depends on which magazine they get serialized in, and what that magazine's target demographic is. Personally I would've categorized Watashi no Shounen as josei, but it's seinen. Then there's some manga that get serialized in several magazines, like Chang ge Xing, and ends up being categorized as both josei and seinen.
