Idk if this is the one you were looking for but this manga has a scene where two coworkers were the seme/senior coworker dragged the younger guy w/ him into the pond getting themselves wet and making it as an excuse to invite the kouhai to his house. The following scene also mentions that the younger guy reminds him of his dog at his parent's home. Anyway, do check it out. Hope it helps.

Lol okay it’s about this guy who feels left out when his brother starts dating someone so he flies to England without a plan and passes out in the snow. This tattoo artist finds him and when he wakes up his arm is getting a tattoo in this guys house. He stays there for a while getting various tattoos and learning to smoke (lol) and when he flies back to england he finally settles things with his brother and them he returns to his new boyfriend, the tattoo artist has a cat, and I think the other guy and his brother have father issues. Also one of the brothers had a colon tattoo that matched with his father. I read this on an app that shut down after they realized there was a large amount of fan translated content so it might not even be on MangaToon but it’s like one of my favorites
