I think he's the actual reason why the victims have thus features. You know sometimes it happen when someone is obsess with that person and they can't get that specific person they tend to sort into someone who has similar characteristics or features.
yess, i agree. that's why i believe it's either one of louis' suitors; metternich or the other brown haired dude who might be the killer. most probably, it's the brown haired dude who is the real killer but there will be some big misunderstanding and we'll be made to believe it's metternich and blah blah but in the end it'll be the brown haired kid
