Because it is her son and she mistakenly believes that her son needs her guidance and that she knows what is best for him. It can be hard for some people to let go of their children or to admit that their kids don't need them. So they are more open-minded about other people's children.
It sucks. Because this shows she can be a very open-minded, caring and generous person. Too bad she has tunnel vision in regards to her own son.
Smh. Also, idk why but "tunnel vision" made me laugh so hard.
how is the aunt so open minded abt same sex couples and then force her son to go on blind dates and basically try control his entire life
