Man I really loved this story (before Kota's father's killer appeared), I even reread it and was so excited about the updates. But when the killer appeared and all Kota asked of Kako was to stop volunteering there, she wouldn't like what??? Kota is literally traumatised by what happened with his father and the guilt he has must be insane because if I was in his position, I wouldn't know how to forgive myself and the killer. But Kako is here all like "the killer is such a nice person now, he's changed!". BRO he killed his father like yea I do feel bad for the killer when he explained why he stabbed Kota's father but to Kota, how would you forgive someone who killed your father??
I see comments saying that Kako is just 16 and she's young and doesn't understand the world. Man, it doesn't take living for 30 years to realize how horrible it is for your father to be killed. She's 16 for Pete's sake, not 2. She should know what it means to die and to kill by now. Kako was being so insensitive and absolutely ridiculous to be siding with the killer and not her own bloody husband. If you loved him, why can't you just stop volunteering at THAT place. Literally just go somewhere else.
And the way Kako just told Hei all about what happened just like that didn't sit right with me. Like it's not her business to tell so why is she telling Hei about Kota's personal things. Man, I'm so frustrated by Kako. I really loved this story, but after the whole fiasco with the killer and Kako being an absolute dumbass, I just hate this story so much now.
