He just doesn't want to make the same mistake of falling for Keith since Keith is a player, even if he's married. And omegas do not like the fact that their partners go and play with other omegas, especially females. Plus, Yeonwoo has a child and he surely doesn't want his son/daughter to be influenced by an alpha who behaves like that because if the child is an alpha, he/she will take Keith's example and end up like him, mateless and toxic.
I don't really get why he still took all those blows despite being pregnant. Ugh! Keith deserves some punishment but I'm pissed off that Yeonwoo is making it hard for himself lol
