And just to clarify my original post I have no issue with the development of characters in a man x man relationship, it's just that if this were a female couple I suspect that the development of those characters would be given less depth, leading me to believe that this is more about gender than sexual orientation as many would have me believe.
Yup! It's just as I said. The two villains in a man x man relationship are getting more depth and character development than most female villains ever get. Ugh.
