Yes! If I were the girl I'd think the guy is hitting on me hard. There was no reason to touch her hair I get the "be friendly and smile at your coworkers" advice...not openly hitting on someone. Boy can't be that dumb! He's supposed to be super serious about his work so this was so random
But why touch a random coworker's hair? It's inappropriate to do it to someone who's not your lover! Did I miss the reason? They just made up with no explanation
