I’m guessing it’s because he thinks the prince “hates” him and he is just teasing him (altho one must be really naive to think that this is just “teasing” hehe).
They said they were close before so something must have happened before when they were young for louis to think that way. I wish we can see flashbacks with young crown prince and young louis just so we can understand why the prince is so obsessed with louis.
Don't get me wrong, I like this manhwa BUT how can he not notice that he prince likes him? I mean he's fond of him!!
