I have to admit, the way section chief reacted in the media records room during their fight made me dislike him a bit, but this line in this chapter:
"But I'll try to change your mind so that you feel your suffering because of Na Yoosung, was so you could eventually meet Kim Jongchan"
why was that so fucking beautiful, like why did that almost make me wanna tear up
