He's not transgender. Trans gender means he was born with one sex and identify with another. The only way cinian could be transgender is if he was born female but identifies as male. Cinian was actually born with male genitalia but female reproductive organs this makes him intersex. They are completely different.intersex is physical where as transgender is mental.
