I think it's cause he's foreign, so just imagine he's speaking in broken Korean. In chapter 12 can says his Korean not so good.
Its prolly cuz he doesnt know Korean very well.

Yeah i guess but isnt the first person in, second peron and third person in singulsr the first thing to learn when u are learning a new language
