Yea but they later explained that Rika was bitten when he was still young and his pheromones unstable and that's why alphas were reacting to them (chap9, pgs16-17)... but like this story in general is kinda messy soooo
And yeah I was also kinda confused cause at some point in the second story the way they talk makes it seems that Mei's an omega and I really dont get it too

I'm confused about the second story...I thought Mei's an alpha? Also I thought once you get bitten on the nape you wont attract other alphas except your own paired alpha..no?
