And oh, don't hate Jeanette. The reason is, jeanette is the reason why Athy's soul is from another world. Do you remember the reason why Claude executed athy?
After Claude executef Athy, Jeanette blamed herself because of it. She wishes Athanasia was loved by claude so that she's never killed. Then jeanette husband helped her get over it but in reality, she never got over it. She only pretended to get over it to stop him from worrying. But the guilt still gnaws at her.
You can't ever get over the death of your sister. You can't ever get over the death of your only female best friend.

She regrets not doing more to prevent it. She didn't realize the importance of something to her, until after she lost it. She regrets it every single day, how she could have stopped Claude if she simply tried harder. If she had blackmailed Claude, saying "I'll stop talking to you permanently if you kill Athanasia!"
If she had stopped being so scared of upsetting Claude, and took bigger, bolder, risks, then maybe her sister could have lived…
But she didn't and Athanasia was dead. She kept blaming herself.
Ultimately, Jennette wishes that Athanasia had been loved by Claude, so that she was never executed…..
Thus, eventually...
She began to dabble in dark magic power. She accepts a dark magic deal that risks Claude never loving Jennette (it's dark magic so there's always a catch.)
The goal of the spell, will grant 2 rewards: 1) Athanasia surviving, (a.k.a not being executed,) and 2) being loved by Claude—which Jennette always knew Athanasia wanted, and always felt guilty for taking that from her, (despite not being Claude's real daughter.)
In return for these 2 positive things, Jennette will become 1) cursed with a brand new curse, and 2) become hated by Claude. (She accepts the deal.)
And oh. Athy's soul is not from another world (I'm sorry) it's just, everyone forget their memories when Jeanette turned back the time (jeanette didn't expect to forget her memories) except Athanasia. That's one of the side effects

I read the novel and jennette doesn't do anything to healed claude... Plus the novel and the manhwa plot are different.. Spoon changing the plot so the story wont be the same... But i hope in manhwa jennette do something to help claude and athy
I read a spoiler sayin'
The reason Claude is not waking up 'coz he's having a dream wherein Diana is with him and they are living happily (i think with Athy. I dunno) that's why he don't want to wake up causing his health to deteriorate (they also saud Claude might die because of it)
But Claude woke up coz Jeanette healed him. Jeanette has a magic on her body that can lifted Claude's curse, then whitey wanted Jeanette to kill Claude but instead of killing him, she (accidentally(?)) lifted his curse.
Claude thinks Jeanette is suspicious (ever since) that's why he don't want Athy to be friends with her. And when he woke up, Claude blamed Jeanette.
(I forgot the entire details, I'm sorry. But the spoilers said this is the ending or something)
