I’d think it’s best for you to drop this now. The title, cover, and description points toward the step brother being the ML. Continuing to read and hoping it’s not when that’s the whole plot, is not a great idea. There’s plenty of other good stories out there- no need to be stuck on just one.

Lol I’m glad you’re smart (unlike many other unintelligent people I’ve come across) to be able to just drop the story when you realize right away that you don’t like the contents. There’s a handful of idiots that actually do stay to read stories they know they dislike, only to complain about it later, even though the whole plot was centered around it.
There’s plenty of good reads others and you can find rather than waste time on one that you don’t like.
I can recommend some depending on genres you like better? For example if you like:
-villainess mc
-darker plot yet very interesting
-fluff
-angst
-comedy
-unique mc
(All include romance)

These are stories with FLs with that I personally like:
Villainess MC:
(Note that both aren’t really FLs that go from bad to good. They both still carry personalities that are bada$$ and intimidating while handling situations in a villain-like way.)
-The Villainess Reverses the Hourglass:
(FL still has her villain-like mentality though become softer towards the people she cares for and handles things smarter)
-The Way to Protect the Female Lead's Older Brother:
(Art is really detailed and pretty almost what you would expect from novel art. A new favorite of mine (๑•ㅂ•)و✧)

Unique MC:
(By unique I mean that the FLs personalities are unique and uncommon. Rather than the usual kind MC or just average stubborn/strong MC.)
-Seduce the Villain's Father:
(Art is cute and so is the FL! She’s bold and doesn’t hold back what she wants to say, shows affection to ML).
-Under the Oak Tree:
(FL is gorgeous and stutters a lot, she has low confidence in herself- but paired with the tough ML it’s adorable how she is around him)
-Living as the Tyrant's Older Sister:
(Note that the title actually isn’t what is sounds. The ML is not the brother btw. The FL and story is pretty funny and the art is sparkly ✧)
-Light & Shadow:
(FL is super strong and probably would hold the title of “independent woman” if she wanted it. Basically was raised to be a king, just imagine the amount of skills she has ;3)
-Legend of the Tyrant Empress:
(Note that the FL’s character may not be liked by everyone, it just depends on the preference. The FL is really OP. And I’m talking about physically. She has like Superman strength and could take down an army on her own (I’m being serious.) Though the amount of strength she has takes away from intelligence, seeing as she’s not really smart since she was raised poorly. I find it refreshing though to find a FL who isn’t just intelligent but only physically strong. At the very least, she’s extremely bold and does whatever she wants).
-May I Ask For One Final Thing?:
(Set in a historical time period. FL settles issues with her fists (not kidding) and usually is expressionless. She likes fighting enemies).
-I Raised the Beast Well:
(At first FL would seem typical and just kind and neglected from everyone, but she does and says things that are unexpected from her looks. When ML does things that may be overboard to people that don’t like her, instead of her scolding him she says: “pick a spot where the wound isn’t visible” to the ML who is beating up her enemy.)
Bonus story:
-White Blood
(Set in the modern world with vampires. FL is OP vampire. Though romance isn’t strong in the story, it’s more action-based, romance definitely is hinted and kinda slow-burn type).

please don't let dietrich be the male lead. i'd drop this immediately. honestly i've been waiting for this since the promo and i might cry if HER STEPBROTHER is the main love interest. the only hope i have is that there isn't any romance in this/there's another ml meant for her.
