If this story makes you uncomfortable, that's because this story was written by an adult, for adults. You aren't the intended audience, and you're not mature enough for this manga.
If you're NOT a minor... If you come to read a mature manga that contains mature and darker themes, and then complain that when the mature content doesn't suit your tastes... you were not mature enough for the content.
