I agree with that, I'd rather Seth reconcile with Anubis and marry ALL the other women in this story, above him going back to Neftys... She brings out the absolute worst in him (and in her own son). Heck, I'd even take Seth and Anubis becoming a couple before either of them would let her continue screwing them over.
Set sees Anubis as his son even if not related so that’s impossible, and I don’t really want Anubis to be with Set when Anubis hurt Set as well. Be it other women in Egypt but not Nephthys for the love of idk. Nephthys just could’ve told Set first but no she decided to screw them over by going to Osiris = Anubis . Wait doesn’t this make Anubis Horus’s older brother? Cause Horus was born after Anubis. Both from the same father but different mothers. I happen to be slow.
Damn Um I’ll just wait for a year until all seasons are complete and re-read lmao.
Both Horus and Set has growth struggle to become a god but Anubis seems to be more desperate to become a god to destroy set (? I forgot the reason lmao) Horus is just being toyed by his mom isis. I hope Anubis regrets hating Set and I hope Horus stops being toyed around with, I can’t like or hate Horus because I have yet to see his whole personality.. he’s so mysterious. Thankfully S2 will be here after a few months... the throne also is rightful to not just legitimacy or illegitimacy, it depends on how well of a ruler you are, main important key: Good ruler
Nah, Anubis never wanted to become a god in order to destroy Seth, lol. His most urgent reason for wanting to become a god has recently been because only by becoming a god he can survive the curse on his arm, a curse that is slowly but surely killing him. The original reason wasn't Seth either, he only wanted to become a god because well, he doesn't want to be a "failed god" forever. Given both he and Horus had both a god father and a god mother, then they will never be real humans, juts a human-like, incomplete gods, who "don't starve and don't die even if they don't eat or sleep" (as mentioned in chapter 20), which means that even if they lack god powers they're not exactly the same as humans. Anubis not becoming one means there's obviously something wrong with him, and no one wants to stay a "failure" among their own species forever.
For people asking "What's up with Anubis?" He CURRENTLY has two curses on him, and the way to survive them both is the sacrifice mentioned at the end of chapter 50 (Anubis is crying because he's remembering Horus' voice telling him the what his only way to survive is, and he refuses to accept it). His second curse (introduced in chapters 37/38) can only be lifted after solving the first curse (mentioned in chapters 20, 21 and 27), and Anubis is crying because that means doing what Horus told him, which he's remembering at the end of chapter 50. One thing to keep in mind: Horus is NOT lying
