Yes the one she’s pregnant with now is the Duke’s son I think, and it turns out that the Emperor is the one who is infertile and not Navier.

Omfg serves him right omg omg. I didn’t even think of that but I didn’t believe that the empress was truly infertile so that makes so much sense.
