Hmmm, off the top of my head:
- Do read "Rumspringa no Joukei" and it's spinoff "Dear Gene"....Both have Drama but are not tragedies...And they are really beautiful.
- "Dark Heaven" also has a series of dramatic developments (homophobia is one of them)
- "Hate Mate" is one of the most realistic and dramatic manhwas I've ever read...People either love it or hate it depending on whether or not they can tolerate how realistic the story is. (I personally love it)
