Because the duke assumes Jace has a relationship with the butler, he becomes jealous/angry and rapes Jace in ch. 19. After this, Jace, the lil brother and the butler go to the circus. Then Jace and the lil brother get kidnapped. One of the men drug Jace and sexually assaults and rapes Jace. The lil brother hears it as the guy just has him sit outside of the room. This occurs in ch. 25-26.
