I'm aware the seme has DID but I'm still confuse is he has a twin? Bcz one of the panel shows 2 seme ?

    There’s no twin. Sometimes the author shows two personas next to eachother in a place that represents the seme’s mind space to show how his two personas interact. Just a visual thing
