I pretty sure the Uncle believes his nephew was wronged because he was trying to prove the uke is using the seme which he stated that he failed at. Secondly why would you assume someone who had a one night stand and ran away, and then tried to deny it for years until it was forced out of him would needs his nephews money. If he wanted one money couldn't he have just blackmailed him? Frankly I simply think the Uncle is quite delusional to the fact it's his nephew's way of pursuing this man is not also forceful , but can be considered creepy. I still like the story though.
Well the uncle knew exactly who Hiroki was since his nephew told him about the one night stand and how he ran afterwards in the past. Because of that he had Hiroki investigated in the past and he learned about his family economic situation, but since Hiroki never looked for Kurosawa he just let it go. Now in the present the uncle suddenly learned about his reappearance in Kurosawas life not only that he works at the same company and he just moved to live with him; so of course those facts are going to arouse suspicions of whether Hiroki loves Kurosawa or if he is after the money like some of his other partners. That's when the uncle tease Hiroki by writing a check but his expectations of Hiroki accepting the money are turned down when Hiroki tore the check and told him he was not after Kurosawa's money and that he wasn't sure about his feelings but he wanted to know more about Kurosawa.
Yup I think you hit the nail on the head. Despite the rationality in the OP's post, the uncle wasn't thinking that deeply about the MC's circumstances. He was more worried that his nephew would be used again. I can't imagine how he must have felt when he realized that the other party in the one night stand (who he'd probably assumed would never show up again) was not only working with his nephew, but living with him as well. Even the most logical person probably couldn't help suspecting foul play, despite the initial circumstances.
My question is...if the seme didn't know his name or anything about him, and couldn't find him after years of searching for him....how did the uncle have him investigated and knew exactly who he was?
It has been awhile but, really. Let's hope this isn't your argument in court. Its like saying drunk driving is okay because it doesn't impair your judgment. People wouldn't be getting arrested all the time if this was true. Let's hope you have educated yourself about drugs and alcohol and how it effects the body by now.
The uncle should be more worried about his nephew getting hit with a rape lawsuit given that Nagato was clearly under the influence. He should be telling his nephew to not stir that pot because shit could have been hitting the fan if he made the wrong move. It was a good thing Nagato ended up liking him.
The uncle is having a huge misunderstanding about that one night stand. Rather than Hiroki seducing his nephew and leaving him high and dry. It more like: your nephew found a drunk man on the street and helped him out and took him home, but became horny and proceeded to have sex with that man without consent( because he was drunk), and then the next morning the drunk man woke up and freaked the fuck out and ran the hell away (like a sane fucking person). However, your nephew spent the next possibly 3-6 years looking for him... and look cute ending!!
