About Gaspar, he thinks and has too many flashbacks about him for it to be just that. He seemed so afronted when he realised that Claude came after him not because of the crime, but because he offended his wife. He couldn't accept that truth, so that's why I think there's a broken heart here somewhere.

Why do I feel like Gaspar had a crush on Claude ever since they were kids, but Clauses indifference and coldnessn towards himself transformed that in hate? I think that's why he talks about him so much even tho he hates him to death.
Also, I wonder if Claude is possessed by that's tower (? Column?) thing or if he just gained a power he can't control. And how/why does it affect his compatibily with the holy sword?.
Oh, and politics, I wonder how that's gonna affect politics between his Dukedom, the Kingdom and the Church. Cause it already seems that the Church doesn't have the best of relations with the Kingdom, and I think him being unable to use (or they may think he's refusing) to use holy sword is gonna cause strife.
