But I'm pretty sure those two are the seme's coworker and the guy who gave the card at the beginning.
The man on the bed (president Chu's friend) is telling the other man with the glasses( who is seme's friend) if they can go out( aka "date"acc.to the translator note). If they too can date since the president does it too(dating).
So the man with glasses is shook about it(the president dating) . Since he is a reporter maybe he wants to dig more and asks the other man to tell him in detail about the president thing.
