Seto brought Kaga home that night after the movie date, Kaga was drunk. The next morning Kaga thought he had a dream about Seto kissing & holding him, but he wasn’t sure (he had a hard time distinguish dreams & reality remember?), so he came to Seto and Seto’s answer implied that they didn’t do anything that night.. but after that, Kaga keep dreaming about it.
That’s why I think it’s not a dream and Seto simply lied about it :/ but I hope I’m wrong though
I have a feeling that everything that happened wasn’t a dream at all... The sex with Seto & Kaga’s confession while they’re doing it were real. That’s why Seto came by to Kaga’s apartment every once in a while at midnight to hold him (probably half-asleep because Kaga had a hard time distinguish dreams and reality), act as if nothing happened and secretly hoping Kaga doesn’t found out, leave him thinking he’s been dreaming all along. But this time, Kaga is up and surprised to see Seto in front of his door.
I hope this isn’t true!!!
