Dion killed him the first time for failing to kill his target. Roxanne killed the hallucination version of him, because she didn't want Dion to have the pleasure of doing it again.
Yeah it seems as if they have to take a test in which they kill an illusion of something/someone important to them. Her brother failed his so dion was ordered to kill him. In roxie’s test she had to kill the image of her brother. That is what I gathered at least correct me if Im wrong hehe.
