No, he is not the father! The daughter’s dad is the ex of the bio mom which is not our mc. But I think taking care of his “daughter” gave meaning to his life and if you continue, he struggles to separate from her, it’s cute but super chaotic!
Always had that doubt in my mind that he was never a father... Is he however?
