...when Haesoo said he didn't like him, and then, he said but I like you...

Joowon was initially brave, but that fear of rejection stifled his feelings sadly.

And there you go Haesoo had a crush, and he didn't want to have it, but it was inevitable. He was drawn to Joowon, and Joowon was draw to him. THAT had nothing to do with anyone but their own hearts. Their fighting that first year was always foreplay to their love blossoming.

Joowon was robbed of his chance to declare his feelings back then. He was so close to saying he loved Haesoo (the actions were screaming it with the picture on the train, fighting for him at school, tricking Haesoo to spend time with him, telling his dad let me be with Haesoo), but the parents ruined it. Would it have hurt just to leave them alone and figure it out?

"Dreadful longing and abundant love."

"I thought I was gonna die for real."

"And he still loves me like a fool, and the same goes for me."

"Because you're the hero of my story. It was you from the start."

My boys are the best. I don't want to let them go. I see so much more story here especially from the past, so I hope the writer does them justice until the very end.
