well i first had this theory of how the title was 1232 because of how mc would always go into a loop right before jan 1 which is after dec 31. in this world there is a 32nd which is the loop the mc can’t seem to escape and to escape this loop he must figure out wht he’s doing, for it to loop before jan 1 and what made the ml almost(?) breakup with him.
clearly the ml is worrying over the mc because he notices something wrong with him in every loop and in every loop he’s worried and wonders if the mc really loves him.
so the problem with the mc is that he doesn’t speak up and he loops back everytime he doesn’t tell his bf how he feels?!
idk i kinda ranted and went along with rando thoughts lol feel free to add on. also i’ve seen theory’s on how the title is 1232 because 1,2,3 are steps and instead of going on to 4 he goes back to 2 so i thought that was pretty interesting

Theory! in the back of the board in the last picture it says 12.32, 12.32 isn’t a date because it would be the day after December 31 which is why the title is December 32 saying that January never came for the couple. Mc probably is missing something and needs to express that he really does love ml. He also needs to tell the truth, or ml is hiding something from mc that we don’t know yet but mc will soon find out back in the present.
