I'm not satisfied with just them getting demoted... They killed Lou's mother and Ian's dad, and tormented Ian's mom and child Ian... They need to toil and suffer for the rest of their lives, I say, make them work piling animal excrements

He gon adopt a boy, it would disgrace the royal bloodline for letting a BOY with no blood relations. I surely think good dukes/duchess would not respect the existence of the adopted boy.
But still, since he's a king, he has the power for the meantime yet I think the king's at a disadvantage. He has an illness and he's cruel and only has influential families that are greedy. Meanwhile, Ian has a dragon, which he loves and will basically be his weakness if a coup d'etat happens, still, Ian also has magicians that dislike the king.
Status is still complicated a bit for me but it is clear that Ian and Lou will have a happy ending. Hoping the adopted boy would not turn evil and side Ian.
I'm looking forward to the possible outcomes I'm thinking.
