It doesn't? I thought I read somewhere that it says you should marry your rapist in the marriage laws. Maybe the site was bullshitting or maybe I am wrong.
“If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found; Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel’s father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days”... this is probably the verse that you maybe referring to... a lot op ppl misunderstand this as rape but it actually refers to consensual sex before marriage. I says before this verse that a rapist must be put to death and a dead man cant marry.
