Nah, problaby he want to make bad memories a.k.a unforgetable nightmares for his sister by buying her first time (in the brothel) but his plan was ruined cause his sister not in the brothel anymore and now he want to take her back and act like a good brother for a little while and tell her about all the thing he did and imprison her in the house if she doesn't follow his orders and giving her nightmares (he still want to take her first time maybe).

To me it's pretty hilarious about his complex. Blames sister for her ignorance when she was only a toddler and no one told her anything. He could have been a little shit then and tell her every situation that was happening (i.e. Tell her that her big sis is being married off against her will). But no.
