You literally miss the whole point of his character... he did that because akihiko was suffering with him « As long as Akihiko is with me, I'll be unable to become free with my music. And for Akihiko, my existence fundamentally meant suffering » he never cheat on him they were not together at this moment

But he still hurt him a great deal just cause he did in a twisted way , tbh I hated them together in the manga , their relationship is just too toxic and the movie disappointed me （￣へ￣）all this wait and it turned out like a puppets show smh
Yep ugetsu make some mistakes but it’s was just because he want akihiko to be happy with his music... it’s been so hard for him to let go the man he love... anyways yes the movie was really disappointing they make an abusive aggression like it’s was ok

Yes and the making of it was not that impressive and the shots were sometimes at random places than what's happening between the characters , i was so confused and I kept thinking i would rather read the manga 5time and not rewatch the movie again (〜￣△￣)〜
